Our senior living assistant package can apply to 1) In-Home Assisted Living or 2) Companionship to those who live on their own. We provide pre-determined routine check-ups whether daily or weekly, medication pick up/drop off, grocery pick up and delivery. We can arrange outsourced pre-determined meals, as well as: exercise, physical therapy, activities, local transportation, personal and health maintenance, financial and medical organization.
*Our Companionship packages also include arranging family visits and providing long-term care options for the client and family.

Adon clients can authorize additional family members to join in on the various discussions with the AdonCare team. This ensures things are taken care of in a timely manner. The adult-children of an elderly can have access to their parent's critical documents, information and stay up to speed with their parent's well being in real time.

This app is available to our clients who subscribe to our [HealthCoach] package. With Clinical Collaboration, a Registered Nurse is now dedicated to you, your elderly parent or your family, whereby all the medical information is centralized in one place (HIPAA compliant cloud-based solution) along with all the Authorized Providers (physicians, specialists, etc.) information. AdonCare’s nurse is now your families' quarterback in making sure all your insurance proactive coverage is fully utilized. Have a quick question about your health or your loved one who is being taken care of through Adon? Send a quick (HIPAA compliant) chat message to your HealthCoach, your HealthCoach will then ensure that your PCP is engaged in the discussion (if necessary) and get you the right answer in a timely manner.
